Our Services

Individual Virtual Therapy

We offer individual virtual therapy services to clients facing a wide variety of mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, attachment or relational issues, and general overwhelm. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Using an attachment lens and relational values, we’ll explore how your past and present relationships have shaped the way you navigate the world. We’ll notice patterns that may once have helped you cope but now get in the way of feeling secure, confident, or connected.

Therapy is a collaborative process. As we build a genuine and trusting relationship, you’ll have the opportunity to experience new ways of relating—both with yourself and others. The goal isn’t just to “fix” what’s wrong, but to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and open to deeper, more fulfilling connections in your life.

Therapy is tailored to meet your needs and goals, and usually occurs once a week. These sessions are virtual so as to provide convenience and comfort.

Therapy for Survivors of Sexual or Relationship Trauma

We help victims and survivors feel like themselves again.

In very general terms, a ‘survivor’ could mean anyone who has experienced harm in any sexual manner or within a relationship. Unfortunately, these experiences come in many shapes and sizes and this list is not exhaustive. Our clients have experienced:

  • rape

  • sexual assault

  • childhood sexual abuse

  • incest

  • sexual exploitation, sex trafficking

  • ritual abuse

  • intimate partner violence or domestic violence including emotional, physical, economic, or psychological abuse by a partner

The therapeutic relationship itself is central to healing. As we build safety and trust, you’ll have the opportunity to experience being seen, believed, and cared for in ways that can help repair old wounds. Early work focuses on building internal and external resources to support safety, emotional regulation, and somatic awareness. Through this process, clients develop the capacity to observe and tolerate traumatic material without becoming overwhelmed, establishing a foundation for subsequent phases of trauma integration and meaning-making. Together, we’ll work toward reclaiming your voice, your body, and your capacity for connection—so you can move forward with a deeper sense of wholeness and strength.

Many clients relate to the diagnoses of PTSD or CPTSD (Complex Post-traumatic stress disorder).

Therapy for plurality/dissociation

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping your system/your parts find connection, understanding, and cooperation. We view dissociation not as something “wrong,” but as a creative and protective response to overwhelming (often traumatic) experiences. Each part of you has developed for a reason—often to help you survive and manage situations that once felt unbearable. In therapy, we’ll honor those protective roles while helping your system move toward greater harmony and balance.

Some of our clients use the phrases:

  • DID (dissociative identity disorder)

  • OSDD (other specified dissociative disorder)

  • Plurality

  • Multiplicity

  • System

  • Having parts/alters/headmates

  • Ritual Abuse / RAMCOA

we're here for you.

Group Therapy Offerings

Newest Group: Virtual support group for folks impacted by sexual trauma

START: August 4th 2025

Every Monday from 4pm-5:15pm PST

END: September 22nd

Facilitated by Elle Jones, LPCC

Healing from trauma can often feel isolating, almost as if you are lost on your own small island with no map and no one to understand what you're going through. Being in community with others who have experienced sexual trauma can help shrink shame and self-blame while building connection and compassion to the self and others.

Individuals will have a safe, encouraging space to support one another, explore emotions often experienced by survivors, and explore ways to cope with symptoms as a result of sexual violence and sexual abuse.

This support group is open to adults (18+) of all genders and backgrounds.

More Information:

  • A screening call is required to be admitted to the group to ensure we are a good fit and logistics are discussed.

  • Please note that you do not have to share details of your trauma in group. On the contrary- in order to be trauma-informed and avoid emotionally activating other group members, its best to not share details of traumas. Exploring and discussing how what happened has impacted you will be a pillar of group.

  • In order to provide the best care possible, we do not use insurance. The fee for each group session (in total) is due prior to beginning group. If payment flexibility is needed, we can discuss it!
